LegalIntelli is an information platform, not a law firm. All case data, AI-generated summaries, plain-language explanations, and analytics provided by the Platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. You should always consult a qualified legal professional for advice regarding your specific legal situation.
3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Case data displayed on LegalIntelli is sourced from publicly available Indian court websites including ecourts.gov.in, the Supreme Court of India, and various High Court portals. While we strive for accuracy:
- Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors from source systems.
- AI-generated summaries may contain inaccuracies or miss important details.
- Hearing dates and case statuses should always be verified from official court records.
- We do not guarantee real-time accuracy of any information displayed.
4. AI-Generated Content
LegalIntelli uses artificial intelligence (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate case summaries, document analysis, and plain-language explanations. AI outputs:
- May contain hallucinations or factual errors.
- Should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth.
- Do not represent the opinion of any court, judge, or legal authority.
- Are clearly marked with disclaimers wherever displayed.
5. Bar Council of India Compliance
In compliance with the Bar Council of India regulations:
- This platform does not engage in the practice of law.
- We do not provide legal advice or legal opinions.
- We do not operate as a case referral or lead generation service for advocates.
- AI features are informational tools and do not constitute legal services as defined under the Advocates Act, 1961.
- No attorney-client relationship is created by the use of this platform.
- Users seeking legal assistance should consult a qualified advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
6. Scraping & Data Collection Limitations
Our data collection from court websites is subject to availability, rate limits, and technical constraints imposed by the source systems. Service interruptions may occur without notice. We operate in good faith to minimise load on court infrastructure.
7. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when registering.
- Keep your credentials confidential.
- Do not use the Platform to harass, stalk, or monitor parties in litigation without lawful authority.
- Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Platform's APIs.
- Do not redistribute court data in bulk for commercial purposes.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Platform, or engage in unlawful conduct.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegalIntelli and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to reliance on data accuracy, missed court dates, or AI-generated content.
10. Intellectual Property
Court records are public domain. Our proprietary software, design, and AI models remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce the Platform or its unique features without permission.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
